Job Profile:

To lead product Design 

To manage Program 

Product mounting and assembly feasibility and  design approval

Finalization of Product Specification and their testing standard

Raw material and their supplier selection. 

Time Plan preparation and control  as per customer guidelines to consider pre-build, post build and PPAP upto SOP and three month support to production team.

APQP data management and submission for quality sign-off (product volition)

Tooling and gauge design approval and control 

Process design and new technique introduction to meet product requirement.               

Finalization of BOM & Standard time of new Development 

Approval of Part / Assembly in functional and dimension at customer        

Monitor the quality and customer feedback after SOP

Product continual improvement  and Problem solving activity

ADV plan preparation and approval from Customer.

Interaction with testing agency.



Current Program: (4W) GMI S-2 Passenger Car, GMI CN100, M&M LTV and U202 ORVM & IRVM (Mirrors), ( 2W) Bajaj KTM mirrors
