Job Profile Of Non Woven Fabric:

Data collection, Data recording & Maintaining shift history. 

House keeping.				

Check and set parameters as per raw material melt flow index for extruder & spinneret.

Set calendar temperature as per GSM and customer requirement.

Set dosing of master batches as per customer samples

Setting of diffuser unit according GSM variation

Achieved rated machine capacity

Chased wastage percentage as per allowable limits

Set upper blower, lower blower & monomer as per process needs.

Overview the Previous shift report.

Arranging shift resources.

Logging & parameter changing as per process needs.

Managing waste recycling.

Manpower planning & handling.
