Job Profile:

Injection Mould design & development for plastic component.

Process planning of project, Design component and mould, 2D Detailing, Electrode planning & all activities related to CAD Department.

Mould Modification / Rectification according to design aspect or customer requirement.

Mould Maintenance of Plastic Furniture & material handling products for 250 to 1450 ton Injection Moulding M/C.

Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing corrective / preventive programs to improve the efficiency of the system & the equipment.

Monitoring mould PM, Spare management, ISO documentation & Man-Machine activities.

Co-ordinate project related job, Value Engineering & Quality management

Optimizing man & machine utilisation to achieve pre set production targets.

Recommending modifications & rectifications in products or quality standards where warranted.



Significant Achievements:

Self solving trouble in plastic moulds.

Trained our tool room team to reach zero breakdowns in all moulds.

Find out root cause of trouble about moulds.
