Providing Technical support to customers

EHS Management

Development of PVC compound and alloys and provide technical support for up scaling the product in the plant level as well as standardize the application window of the developed product at customer end. 

Preparation of PMS of different compound grades.

Operation of Buss Kneader, Twin Screw extruder, Injection moulding machine for preparation of test specimen & trials of new developing grades.

Profiling out the technical CTQ`s for developing the appropriate material for new application.

Conducting trials internally as well as at customer end, to stabilize the process for newly developed material, that will ultimately standardized the SOP. 

Testing and database creation and online colour measurement of master batch & profile grades through propalette software in X-Rite i-7 Colour Spectro Photometer.

Evaluation of new supplier?s samples and find the suitability of particular chemicals for specific grades wise applications.

Analysis of  PVC resin  and find their use in particular pvc compound grades as per their Properties.

Continuous R&D for cost reduction and quality enhancement.

Quality control of in-process & F/G products

Documentation and implementation as per requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, & BSC Audit. 

Coordinator for BSC (British Safety Council) safety audit.
