Job responsibility:

Check All the Process Control for production & all production sheets.

Successful Trial of New Mould.

Responsible in achieving target of production planning &ensuring proper use of manpower.

Responsibility of internal planning and quality of finished product 

Routine maintenance plan for existing moulds

To make standard parameters for M/c. setting & set M/c. under Parameter.

Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing rejection, maintain record of daily production.

Machine Shop; - Injection Moulding

Machine Handling:

L & T Demag -150, 275, 350, 450 Ton 

JSW-1300 Ton,

Ferromattic-275, 400, 440, 500 Ton

Material Handling:  ABS,  PP, PP+GF, PC, L.D.P.E, H.D.P.E, PVC, NYLON
