NATURE OF WORK IN CMM

All Inspection is done CMM.

CMM Inspection of Checking fixture, Welding fixtures & Gauges of various parts. Setting as per Drawing. Correction when necessary points.

CMM Inspection of Parts, sub assembly as well as assembly checking.

Take trial out on inspected fixtures & gauges.

Keep & maintain the Calibration History card and records of fixtures & gauges.

Keep & Maintain the maintenance record of machine.



VMS (VIDEO MEASURING SYSTEM)

ARCS Video measuring system KIM 3020. Metrology SI 101E software

2D Scanning & Programming & Dimensional inspection.
