Presently undergoing training in Post Diploma In Tool Design & CAD-CAM  at Indo German Tool Room (IGTR), Ahmedabad.



Curriculum Project: 

Project Title - ?Designing of an injection molded product for commodity application?

Brief Summary of the Project ? The above mentioned project deals with the designing of an injection mold for the production of a ?LEAD CONTAINER? made of polypropylene (PP). This mold basically consisted of two plate injection type, multi-impression mold.



Gained two years exposure in tool room mould making practical.



DESIGN:

Gained one year exposure in designing the following Plastics moulds and their related products:-

Two plate (Single and multi impression)

Three plate (Hot runner)

Split mould

Automatic unscrewing

BLOW MOULD

COMPRESSION MOULD

ROTATIONAL MOULD



I have also acquired the basic knowledge in plastics processing and various testing techniques.
