Duties and Responsibilities:

Working as Sr. Engineer in Tool Room Department.

Preventive Mold Maintenance & Servicing.

New Mould and Press tool Launching.

customer satisfaction and quality product.

New mould & press tool development, vendor moulds & tool development

Maintains and repair mold completely and correctly when mold trouble occur.

Maintain hot runner System of Molds in good condition.

Coordinating with various departments for implementation of new products.

Prime Responsibility: Maintenance of Molds, Press tool Jigs and Fixtures.

Rectification and modification work for Molds, Press tools, Jigs and Fixtures.

Trouble shooting in moulds & press tools.

Trouble shooting in hot runner mould & cut off nozzle gat (Hot runner) moulds.

Problem solving design and/or processing related issues during launch of activities.

Maintain all Molds at shop floor for easy mold movement documentation and

Inventory.

Polishing of mold & sand blasting on damage textured.

Supporting the manufacturing and/or Quality Control Department as needed or requested ( Problem solving activities, trouble-shooting issues, implementing new changes or systems ) for the products currently in production

Prepare Mold checklist for incoming and outgoing molds.

Maintenance of Documents like History cards, check Sheets, Mould Life and Tool life monitoring cards as per ISO Standards and also maintain the document for 5 Star requirements. ( HMI Requirement )
