In process inspection

Dimension checking of PVC and HDPE pipes at the time of production.

Online inspection and final inspection before dispatch:

Checking of visual appearance and finishing of PVC pipes and fittings.

Checking and testing of product performance:

Testing the pipes and fittings such as impact resistance, hydrostatic pressure test, vicat softening point, heat reversion test, product density, methylene chloride attacking test etc according to different standards(ASTM, BS, DIN, ISO, BSEN etc) and giving instruction to responsible person.

Maintaining  ISO documents.

Handling the customer complaint and rectification of problems in work site.

PROCESSING: 

Experience in handling an extrusion pipe line. (HDPE & PVC)

TESTING:

uPVC:

Able to handle all tests according to IS, DIN, ASTM, BS And Australian Newzealand standards.

Able to handle testing machines such as Hydrostatic pressure testing machine, impact tester, Izod and charpy impact machine, Universal testing machine, Heat reversion test,

Fracture toughness test, VST, compression test etc.  

HDPE:

Able to do all the tests according to DIN 8075 such as Hydrostatic pressure test, Heat reversion test, Carbon black content test, Carbon black dispersion test etc.

Able to check thread and slot dimensions of HDPE pipes.
