Worked 2 months at Aloke Rub Plast Pvt Ltd At Daman, which gave me a great exposure to injection molding machines and also the different products manufactured. 



PROJECT:

Cost effective Thermal insulating Polyurethane foam sandwich panels for roof top sheets and wall claddings

The project involves cost effective thermal insulating Polyurethane panels by the incorporation of green fillers. These panels consist of rigid polyurethane foam core sandwiched in between two laminates. The main objective of project is to reduce the cost of PU panels by incorporation of low cost green fillers like rice husk, bagasse, wood flour, plastic scrap etc. Also, flame retardants are incorporated into the foam in order to improve flame retardancy of the foam.

PU sandwich panels are cost effective substitutes for day to day construction materials like steel, concrete.

PU Sandwich Panel, also called Energy Saving Decorative Panel, is a kind of architectural panel produced by specialized PU sandwich panel machinery.

Making Polyurethane foam sandwich panels.

Weight reduction of foam panels by incorporation of low density green fillers.

Reduction in overall cost of manufacturing Polyurethane foam sandwich panels.
