If founds any Variation; the report will be discussed with the mould maker for the further corrections / Dimensional modifications required. ?Product is been approved on Dimensions part, the same will be analyzed on the assembly line for checking out the output efficiency accordingly and also get approval from assembly line. ?Finally the mould will under production for 7 days monitoring on the Cycle efficiency, stability of product quality through out the clock, mould functions & overall stabilized output/day been monitored and the mould will be commercialized for the Self certification supplies with Zero Defects.
