Looking after Injection Molding Department.

Production Planning for the Injection Molding Depts. On Daily, Monthly and Annual basis

Annual, Monthly Resource Planning

Responsible for functioning of the Department as per TS: 16949 and OHSAS: 18001 and ISO: 14001.

Ensuring proper internal/external Audits and Visits in Department

Responsible for achieving Productivity Target for the Department

Responsible for achieving Mould Change, Setup Time Targets

Responsible for reducing scrap, internal rejection, Customer Rejection, & Customer Complaints 

Responsible for maintaining the Discipline and  5S of the Department

Ensuring running of the improvement activity in the department as Kaizen, suggestion, Pokayoke, 3G, Quality Circles etc. 

Participating in New product development activities as PFMEA, and Trials Etc.

Capacity/Resource Planning for New Product Development.  



Process Machinary Exposure: -

Following Injection Moulding M/c & Mould Handled: -
