Work Experience Details: 
Presently working in Aurangabad, as Engineer (Maintenance & Production). Since July 2002.  The company is leading in manufacturer of Blow Moulded products (i.e. Polycontainers from small size to large size) and Injection Moulded products (i.e. moulded furniture and house wear articles). We are a well-established Limited group in packaging industry and leading plastic manufacturer group in India. Responsible for following task: Maintenance and preventive maintenance of fully automatic and semi automatic PLC based Hydraulic Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding machines and their accessories and Mould setting.

Responsible for meeting production targets. Responsible for planning of preventive maintenance of m/c. Supervising and managing the activities of the production line to keep up quality standards with minimum rejection. Material management for production and control over the wastage. Supervise the quality control and ensure required production quality. Maintenance of all Electrical and Mechanical machineries.



Future Goals: 
To work in challenging environment that will enable me to apply my knowledge and creative skills and give me an opportunity to develop in depth knowledge of engineering Profession.
