Visual & Physical checking that includes shrinkage, Gloss, Roughness, VSP, & Impact Strength etc.

To Inspect & Test all incoming materials like Raw Materials & Packing Materials. For raw materials we check Appearance, Bulk Density, Moisture Content, Heat Stability, K-Value, Refractive Index, Shade for Pigments, and Melting Point etc. For Packing Materials we check Dimensions, Weight, Bursting Strength, Compression Strength, And adhesion test for BOPP Tape.

To match the color with Standard color sample with the help of Two roll mill.
