Job Profile:

Operation of single screw Extruders

Operation of Dowtherm heating System for spin blocks Heating.

Fixing, Removing, spin packs & conversant with pack wiping. 

Attending to Drips or slow holed in melt spinning packs.

Continuous Polymer Filter change (CPF) from circuit1 to circuit 2 and vice versa.

Conversant with operating of gate valves, globe valves, Dowtherm (Bellow sealed) valves, Butterfly valves and metering pumps.

Conversant in operating quench blower, centrifugal pumps & spray coils.

Polymer Processing in Fiber Division.

Matching of Polymer color changeover to operating Dosing systems.
