Production:                        

Set the process parameter for getting the good and quality products.

Troubleshoots the blow moulding, labelling and fully automatic bagging machine.                                      

Achieves the production target.

Analyzes the rejection and wastage during production.        

Sets measures to minimize production wastages.

Conducts month-end inventory and reconciles with Accounts Department.

               

Quality Control:

Responsible in maintaining good quality of the bottles.

Conducts hygiene audit.

Issues non-confirmation report in case of defects.

Prepare report to plant manager.

TECHNE 4000T660  - 

Extrusion Blow Moulding Machine from Italy

Twin station (4+4) cavity - 500ml, 1-Liter, 2-Liter plastic containers for milk and juices

Twin station (7+7) cavity ? 200ml, 250ml and 500ml containers
