To keep the machines running at minimum breakdown (Electronics). 

Electronics Maintenance of various machines such as Injection Molding Machines (Super-Master-CDC-3000 & 2000, Triulzi ). 

Different types of H.R.T.C.`s (Hot Runner Temperature Controllers). 

Straight line assembly machines, Packing & sealing machines, wrapping machines, CNC machines etc.

To prepare & send the daily breakdown report to HOD regularly.

To maintain all breakdown records for future reference.

To prepare & execute the preventive maintenance schedule. 

Handling the shift independently.
