Production Management (Operations):

Overall Responsibility of molding shop like Machine Parameter setting, Mould Maintenance, Manpower Handling, Raw Material Handling, Production Planning (Mould Change).

Preparation of OEE Reports, M/C Efficiency, Total production, Rejection (PPM statistics).

Achieve production target both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.

Responsible for Maintaining quality during manufacturing by ensuring that all work is carried out on the shop floor according to standard procedure.

Review production of the day shift to identity the shortfall reason and plan correct and preventive action taken.

Root Cause analysis for Trouble Shooting in Process.

Reduce non-value adding activity from the Process.

Interaction & co-ordination with Quality Control Department, Tool Room and Internal Customer on matters related to quality problems.

Ensure proper training to Operators by Multi Skill to improve Productivity & Quality.

Implement 5-S on shop floor,

Working with engineering department for new mould Trials.

Preventive maintenance of Thermoplastic injection molding (2 Plate Mould, Hot Runner Moulds, 3 Plate Moulds).

Breakdown maintenance of moulds (Ejector pin insert change cooling channel change, polishing).

Handle various activities like installation & commissioning of new M/C.

Mitsubishi - 800 T to 3000 T

JSW - 75 T to 1600T.

Toshiba- 650 T to 1300 T.

L & T - 40 T to 1000T

Sphery Sound - 110 T to 310 T.

Material Processed: PP, HIPS, ABS, GPPS, NYLON, PC, PMMA, SAN, POM.
