Manpower planning, utilization and training.

To plan about MRP (Material requirement planning).

Solving quality related problems.

To keep minimize wastage and scrap.

Coordinating with QC and Tool Room for quality and process improvement for production yield.   

To keep a hygienic shop floor & maintain 5s.

To verify process monitoring sheet (PMS)  

To prepare work instruction, quality flow chart & part detail history for M/c operator.

To ensure the quality of the product hourly with comparison to FPA sample.

Updating and maintaining ISO documents.

Solving vendor related problems.

Down time reduction.
