Job Profile:

Production Planning: 

Responsibility for Production Planning and control.

Generation of daily production plan for assembly in line with monthly production plan.

Preparing Production schedule and Material planning, manpower and machine for timely execution of Job.

Preparing monthly sales plan and dispatch tracking as per customer requirement. 

Co-ordinate production through various departments / sections & ensure that production targets are achieved with regards to both quantity and quality.

Control and effectively use production capacity, manpower, equipment and outside resources

Collect and supply data to facilitate preparation of daily/monthly production and productivity reports.

Preparing Machine Utilization, Downtime report and Rejection Details and analyze these reports and take necessary action for improvement. 

Monitoring productivity target v/s actual, analyzing differential target necessary action and reporting to Production Manager.

Ensuring a safe and sound work environment and monitoring the Housekeeping activities.

Motivate team to deliver output without compromising on quality.

Maintaining computerized records of incoming & outgoing materials, inventory levels

Keep a check on Stores inventory / ordering levels & initiate necessary action for replenishment of stocks

Co-ordinate between Production planning and Purchase department for timely order of material

Keep track of non moving stock and inform the management for further action.

Collection of day wise rework and rejection items, analysis of the same and taking corrective and preventive action to reduce rejection.

Collection of daily basis finish goods & semi finish goods stock.

Compare raw materials consumption between the warehouse issues and productions at every month-end and confirm the variations
