Job profile- 



A)Management and System Responsibilities:

1.Management of production manpower ? Shift schedule.

2.Monitoring of Production and Quality of product ? Take a daily morning round for verification of all production activities including printing and CHS.

3.Technical support to production team.

4.Management of Productivity and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

5.New machine installation and coordination with technical after sales service engineers of OEM.

6.Ensuring achievement of Food Safety & Quality Objectives for Production function ? Continual compliance and continual improvement in objectives.

7.Continual improvements in Production function.

8.Timely updating of the system documentation.

9.Product audit ? One product audit (Dock audit) per month along with QA and Logistics Head.

10.Process audit ? One line process audit per month along with QA Head and Shift In-Charge for all CCM, slitting, FLM, PMV, printing and CHS machines.

B)Development Responsibilities: 

1.Study the customer requirement for new / modified product and plan for development.

2.Coordination with the external agency for mould development, art work and Mould parts.

3.Take the trials and monitor the visual inspection and testing of samples.

4.Support in customer sample submission.

5.Taking corrective actions based on customer feedback.

6.Ensure that new product samples and first pilot lot is accepted by customer and Development cycle is completed.

C)Executive Responsibilities:

1.Monitoring of Production plan vs actual

2.Monitoring of Production function ? Day-to-day operations.

3.Resolving production and quality issues.

4.Manufacturing process validation of new or changed products. 

5.In-house rejection ? process and product scrap data analysis and taking actions.

6.Breakdown Maintenance data analysis and taking actions.

7.Monitoring of machine and mould preventive maintenance activities.

8.Process optimization.

9.Ensure the health and hygiene of the team in the department.

10.Share the Breakdown maintenance data to Accounts team for calculating cost of breakdown maintenance.
