Color Matching on Color matching Software spectrometer. 

Inspect the incoming raw materials. 

Product and Process analysis. 

Finishing goods Inspection. 

Preparing quality related records.

Preparing test certificates of finish goods.

Responsible for Quality management & Technical service. 

Responsible for attention of Customer Complain. 

Improvement in internal rejection of product. 

Supervision of all raw material / pigments in coming inspection , on line process / parameter of all products and all new development(economic, competitive, best- quality by selecting of pigment, TiO2,filler and polymer.) 

Make MSDS, COA and Food contact Certificate of all products.

Responsible for Quality checking in on line process of both masterbatch and compounding. 

Quality checking with the help of Injection Molding m/c.

Responsible for All new development related to product, raw material likes PP, Nylon, ABS, PC, PET, TPE POM etc.
