Ensure execution of production plan in lamination, W.P.P.Bag making Deptt. & slitting department, pouching, finishing.

Resource planning for resource required based of tentative planning given by the planning cell. Making plan for the process. Manpower and material arrangement. 

Ensure quality of material produced in lamination, tuber, slitting deptt.

Motivation of the associates to enhance suggestion scheme. Finding training need among them and ensure discipline of the shop floor. 

Maintaining data, making quality procedure and new formats considering the process requirements. 

Implementation of quick response quality control (QRQC)

Conducting process audits and internal audits for checking compliance of quality management system.

Specialization in TANDOM LAMINATION i.e. both side (ptd. BOPP front & back) are Laminated WITH WOVEN FABRIC at a time on a single m/c with  having two extruder & also lamination of wpp bags, tubing of wpp bags. Anti skid printing, Flexo printing.

Having a strong team for W.P.P BAGS PROCESS, as well as flexible packaging process.

Weekly reconciliation of input/output & wastage. 

Full responsibility of packing department.
