New development activities handled for various customers (Hyundai motor corp., Tata Motors Limited, General Motors Limited, Volks Wagen, Sundaram Auto components)

Cost Reduction Activities for Various Grades of materials.

Colour Matching for various customer requirements

Conduct trails to meet the customer required properties

Test conducted to evaluate the properties of the material with the help of UTM, scratch tester, fog tester, Impact tester, Gloss Level Measurement meters, Light Fastness, Accelerated Weathering, Low temperature Impact strength

Preparing Plant Specification for Incoming Materials.

Preparing internal Specification for all grades of Materials

Preparing Manuals and Test procedure for all the tests as per the Standard.

Ensuring timely Execution of the Project and reporting the same to senior Management.
