Handing all compound development according to ASTM standards

Experience of VSP test, Tensile test, Lass of mass test, Limiting oxygen index (LOI), Smoke density test, MFI test, Hardness test, Specific gravity test, TGA& DSC

Preparation of MSDS & Technical data sheet.

Also responsible for masterbatches production activity on Comac m/c (total 3 feeders) RM planning in master batch, production planning, colour matching whithin 0.5 DE ( datacolor spectrophotometer).
