Operation and Maintenance of BP362, BP324 (Latest Machines from Rommelag Germany Fully Servo Driven) BP321, BP360, BP305, BP3012 and BP321M Rommelag

To prepare calibration schedule of temperature and pressure monitoring devices for heat sterilizer, super heated water sprayer autoclave, Purified Steam Generator, Multicolumn Distillation and Rommelag machines.

To provide sterile area monitoring program for all shifts (include air, floors, walls, equipment surfaces and including critical surfaces.

To prepare and arrange all critical spare parts list for relating Rommelag autoclave labeling machine, Polypouch machine

To arrange disinfection procedure (Preparation, work, sequence, contact time)

To prepare Preventive Maintenance Plan.

Implement 5S, Kaizen concepts for lean manufacturing.



Team Management:

Identify & implement strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.

Plan targets, monitoring numbers and achievement of overall targets on a shift, daily, weekly & monthly basis.
