Job Profile:

Responsible for consistent achievement of the production plan by ensuring optimal planning, allocation & utilization of all resources that include manpower, machinery and raw materials

Proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and deviations; and implement corrective actions to ensure that production targets are met within stipulated time and budget constraints

Identifying training needs and designing as well as implementing various training programs to enhance productivity

Planning and allocating jobs involving routine checkups and maintenance activities 

Charting maintenance schedules for all machines & closely monitor maintenance activities ensuring minimum down time

Maintaining reasonable inventory of critical spares to avoid costly emergency procurements

Reviewing operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and implemented system/ process changes for qualitative and quantitative improvement in productivity

Designing and implementing SOPs and supervising  shop floor functioning
