Job Profile:

Responsible for handling the project, erection and implementation of separate new manufacturing facilities of the group. This project consisted of about 600 MT capacities and working smoothly with 85% capacity utilisation. 

Beside the new project, I have done lots of improvements in the company, motivated people, installed systems for better output and quality, minimize the process wastage and cost.  

Handling different types of functional jobs related with Govt. to install manufacturing plant. 



Notable Achievements:

Producing and managing the output of 1100 MT laminate and 200 MT Poly Film with minimum market returns and complaints. 

Increased the output by 100 MT, at the time of joining it was 400 MT.

Decrease process wastage from 10% to 5-6 % and process expenses.

Developed condom laminate to the global standards of Surtex and Ansell. 

Taken active part to manage ink producing plant, we developed PP ink, PU ink and some special inks. (Producing about 100 Mt ink in house).

Developed high speed poly to able to run smoothly at 450 pouch/min. on FFS and some special poly films too.

Developed some very special application on extrusion coating and lamination.
