Job Profile:

Trouble shooting processing and mould problems attending trials.

Train and develop the skills of existing and new Production Officers to improve safety and productivity.

Implement & Maintain The Quality Systems And Other Standard Engineering Practices

Production planning and control according production target. 

Control rejection.

To maintain quality of the products within the specifications by adhering to approved processes/procedures.

Making of daily production report, Break down report, on time delivery report, rejection & reconciliation with analysis report. 

Handling manpower planning prepared material schedule and planning man power on m/c for timely execution of job. 

Remove wastage time & time 

Apply house keeping with production target. 

On shop Floor identify and recording the problem related to products /process & initiating action providing solution
