New Mould & Raw materials trail

Trouble shooting related to process

Attend customer complain and solve them

Maintain Process Parameter in every shift.

Control Production planing

General knowledge about mould & M/C maintenance

Maintain Rejection recordl in every shift.

Ensure Setup Verification Report after mold changing. 

Give Training to junior, operator & worker regarding Quality.

Handles the problem during line of production and customer end

Handle manpower

Rejection Analysis and take corrective action.

Implementation of 5?S 

Co ordination with Tool room Dept. for helping them reach the target.

Co-ordination with the Store & Purchase dept. to ensure that the raw materials & required materials is in time & place
