Job Profile:  

Directly responsible for all shift activities for online quality control, FG sampling and line clearance.

Follow up of the customer complaints, supporting to the customer, data collection and complain analysis.

Monthly over all rejection analysis defect wise and their reduce the rejection.

Testing of components using tig soft ware.

Tensile test (Decamping), Compression Test (capping).

Improving quality / productivity/ reliability at manufacturing and assembly Line.

Mold Validation (MCA, PCA Trial).

New mold and material trial.

Documentation as per system requirement.

Analysis of Incoming Material Line Trail & CoA.

Directing and leading the technical personal for routine maintenance as   

Part of service support.

Resolving interpersonal issues and working towards a harmonious work environment.

Responsible for recruiting staff and labor, monitoring & training personnel.

Maintain housekeeping in shop floor.
