Job Profile:

Conduct test trials of new material with various conditions. 

Selection of raw material as per the requirements of clients as to the Colour, filler, signing of material.

Ensure MFI Norms (Melt Flow Induction), Filler check, Colour Variation safety norms, disciplined, housekeeping and documentation. 

Responsible for improving productivity, reducing machine downtime, effective implementation of standard for maintaining and improving the quality. 

Develop, modify and Execution of manufacturing process and operation.

Conduct following tests during process and manufacturing of Plastics:-

MFI test, Ash content test, Moisture content test, Filtration test, Bulk density 

Dispersion test, Filler testing, Opacity test, Tensile test 

Achieve targeted production, budgeted Yield production and quality of products set.

Development of process plant in terms of innovation and Automation.

Improve yield at various stages of production.

Cost reduction by reviewing raw material consumption, labours, utilities and maintenance.

Inventory control & material coordination.

Create better atmosphere and understanding for inter and intra departments.

Ensure plants preventive and predictive maintenance so as to bring minimum breakdown period.

Motivate, guide and train subordinates.

Development of process plant in terms of innovation and Automation.

Improve yield at various stages of production.

Cost reduction by reviewing raw material consumption, labors, utilities and maintenance.
