Repair and Maintenance
1.Prepare schedules for repair, overhauling, and maintenance of all the machinery in the plant.
2.Maintenance of utility equipment's i.e. Glycol ammonia Plant, Chilled Water Plant, Boiler, Compressed air system, CO2 Generation plant, cooling towers, soft water plant and ETP plant.
3.Maintenance of Process equipment's i.e. Malt handling system, Malt milling system, mesh kettle, Adjunct kettle, L T, Wort kettle Sanitary pumps, Wort chilling system, Yeast Storage systems, Fermentation vessels, Filtered & BBT etc.
4.Preventive Maintenance, Shutdown Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of plant equipment's.
5.Maintain contacts with vendors/contractors for materials, keeping of accurate inventory, and making sure that all critical spare parts are always available by ordering their replenishment when needed.
6. Manage contractor activities on site, finalization of ARC and AMC at site with coordination of purchase team.
