Job Description

Minimum 2-3 years Experience in Agriculture Industry.
(Drip Irrigation, Agri Polymer, Seeds, Pesticides)
Find out key leads & new opportunities in the assigned area with help of market intelligence.
To complete monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales budget.
Appointment of new dealer/distributor in untapped areas
Conduct market research in assigned areas.
Dealer communication, sharing gaps with dealers & his operators.
To ensure & responsible for quality of ponds in assigned area.
Inspection for geomembrane installation on site.
Complaint handling, find gasps, resolution & analysis with farmers & dealer.
To Conduct Gramsabha in order to assist sales & marketing team to develop market cap. For Avana.

Required Competencies
Understanding of Geographical locations of their District & Taluka’s.
Local Language competency (Read/Write & Speak) Pref. Marathi.
ASM Should have personal Motorcycle & Helmet with him.

(Travel Allowance & Daily allowance will be extra)
