preventive & breakdown maintenance of the plant in the following
areas…
Ensure Machine Availability through Routine.
ISO Documentation Like as Asset Care Practices, Critical Spare Parts
List, Calibration of Measuring Instruments etc.
Co-coordinating of all maintenance activities of Civil Repairs,
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, A.C. at all the locations of
Plant.
Responsible for upkeep equipment for 100% availability to meet
company overall performance and achieve MTBF & MTTR as per target. Create Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance & calibration schedule for
all equipment and execute as per schedule to eliminate unplanned
breakdowns.
Control cost by effective source identification of Spares & Services
(Identify critical spares and keep it ready for unplanned breakdowns).
Basic Knowledge in CNC machine Programming for maintenance
activities & Machine maintenance Parameter setting to ensure perfect
operation of machines
Coordinate with team to ensure man power availability for 24 X 7 to
Maintain the plant facilities (Power & Utilities ) and upkeep of
Electrical/Mechanical machinery.
Legal & Regulatory requirements - 100% compliances - Periodical
submission of reports to Govt agencies (Like MPEB , Inspector of
Factories , PESO , Fire , Legal Metrology , CEIG & Tangedco)
Preparation of Maintenance and Utilities Annual budget and tracking

New/old Injection molding machine range up to 50T-1000T. ?Planning and implementation of shut down for maintenance. Familiar with using of heaters such as Mica Band, ceramic band, coil,
cartridge, tubular infrared element Heater and its control circuits using
temperature controller, thermocouples, Solid state relays.
Knowledge of understanding circuits in PLC controlled automation
machineries with magnetic switches, product detectors, proximity switched
(PnP/npn type).
Handled and replaced electrical parts such as power contactors, control
relays, over load relays, Limit switches, Solenoid valves, encoders.
Daily reporting to “GM- Work” and Weekly reporting to Vice President –
Operations.

Will be responsible for day to day activity of Electrical (33kV switch yard,
breakers, Resistance welding machines, 200kVA Xmers, EOTC control
panels), Electronics & Instrumentation issues like Servo Drives, PLC (Siemens,
Schneider, Lenze, Omron,ABB) CNC System (Fanuc, & Siemens S7-400).
Maintenance. Including Supplier coordination, quotation requisition, Vendor
development, Cost Control. ISO activities. External as well internal Compliance
& coordination with MSEB, MPCB, MIDC officers regarding
electrical/pollution/safety etc concerns. Periodically certifications of all safety
related equipment audit & checkup.
Individual Shift handled of Maintenance with all Electrical/PLC machines.
External MIDC, MPCB & Licensing activities with government concern
departments.
Well versed with Safety parameters in Maintenance & Electrical activities,
