Job Description

Customer Acquisition:
Proactively identify and approach potential customers to introduce our packaging solutions.
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding the market presence.

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Identify and engage with potential customers to expand the client base.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide ongoing support.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of PP Woven sacks, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Sales Strategy:
Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Actively participate in tenders, preparing comprehensive responses that showcase the company's capabilities.

Proposal and Quotation:
Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Work on tender submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.

Customer Engagement and Growth:
Collaborate with newly acquired customers to understand their evolving business needs.
Propose tailored solutions to address specific requirements and contribute to their long-term success.
Implement customer growth strategies to maximize business opportunities and revenue.

Closing Deals:
Employ effective closing techniques to secure business deals.
Develop and implement strategies to overcome objections and challenges during the sales process.
Ensure all aspects of the deal, including contracts and agreements, are finalized in a timely manner.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues.

Skills
Proven experience in packaging solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of PP Woven sacks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
