We are looking for Assistant Manager, Business Development
PURPOSE
The primary accountabilities of the Assistant Manager–Business Dev are to Identify business opportunities and implement the required targets/measures to successfully market products of Company’s (mainly Overseas) Principals in India, including managing local ex stock sales .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for expanding designated existing business of specialty products & implementing the required targets/measures as per management vision.
Develop designated new products and customers pan India.
Identify changes in business dynamics, market place opportunities, competitive threats, supply position etc.
Responsible for handling local warehouse sales.
To report to Sales /Business Dev Head - Mumbai
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Plastics / Polymer Technology with minimum 3-7 years of experience in sales (alternately Bachelor in Science + Diploma from CIPET).
Familiarity with Speciality Polymers, Masterbatches and Plastics Additives is highly advantageous.
Preferable with at least 2 years in technical selling ,
Highly motivated with a sales oriented personality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and ability to communicate with Foreign Principals is highly desirable.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Team player & willing to travel all over India
Residing in Delhi/NCR.
Leading Importer, Supplier, Trading Company of Chemical foaming plastics, Physical foaming plastics and Antiblock or slip masterbatch.
