Responsibilities:
Training Coordinator cum HR Generalist:-
To develop training programs for new employees
Develop and communicate training plan/schedule to all departments and employees
To take employee feedback for identifying their training requirements and develop suitable plans
Coordinate with department heads for on job training programs
Responsible for induction of new employees
Maintain a record of all training sessions
Evaluate effect of training on employees and their performance
Assist Training & Development Manager in setting training objectives and targets
Organize and set venues for training sessions
Inspect all equipment's before beginning of training, conduct trial, if required
Coordinate with training manager and the trainer for additional requirements or supportive materials
