Job profile-
Production & maintenance of preform manufacturing Husky machines and utilities like chillers,
compressors & MSP, hoppers, resin dryers, RCP-operations, trouble shooting and maintenance. Quality and visual appearance checking of PET preforms.

Responsibilities:
• Weekly maintenance schedule and follow daily check list.
• Preventive maintenance of mould, machine, chiller, loader, dryer, Dehumidifier and Assembly Line.
• Generating daily material requisition slip and inward of finished goods.
• Ascertaining machine product utilization up to 95% and downtime of machines to a minimum.
• Monitoring moulding activities and preparing daily production reports for the same.
• Analysis of defects on light tables, analyzing and implementing by corrective actions.
• Preparation of ORM Data to meet operational targets fetching through the DPR. • Raw material & packing materials requisition & optimization of its best utilization.
• Stage inspection of quality of product.
• Visual Inspection under polarised light for Inspection and developing GO-NOGO gauge for checking system for Neck fitents.
