Job Responsibilities
Man power planning according to Monthly Production Schedule and ensure optimum use of resources.
Calculate OEE and ensure proper execution and meeting of targets as per plan with right quality and quantity with in stipulated time.
Analysis of daily rejection, take action upon and give proper WHY- WHY analysis to internal customer and submit proper 8D report for customers rejection.
Check daily production report and compare with SAP report and take action against balanced qty.
Weekly LPA audit of section and take actions against abnormal findings and submit their counter actions with 7 Q.C tools.
Working experience and follow up for different checks, process standards of Plastic Injection Molding Machines (Ferromatic) of 450 Tons to 850 Tons & Plastic Welding machines (Branson) for material Nylon & PP.
Responsible to maintain IATF 16949:2016 documentation and internal audit of department.

Established in 1990 has 4 plants in India. Started as a Friction Disc manufacturer and now a complete clutch & Brake Solution Provider. Experts of Automotive Clutches & Brakes (2W, 3W and 4W applications). Working with major OEM in India for 2 W and 3 W applications. Vision is to provide technologically advanced clutches & brakes for existing and future vehicles.

From Apr 2011 to Dec 2015worked with FCC INDIA MANUFACTURING PVT. LTD as a Senior Engineer in Zinc Die Casting, Compression Molding (Rubber to Metal) & Assembly.
F.C.C. INDIA MANUFACTURING PVT. LTD. established in February 1997. The company is exclusively into manufacturing & supplying of automobile Clutch Assemblies to O.E.M's of Two Wheeler's and Four Wheeler. The co. is also in to manufacturing of Clutch Friction Disc with Cellulose (Paper) and Cork base. Our major customers are YAMAHA, HONDA, TVS, BAJAJ, and SUZUKI.

From March 2007 to March 2011 Worked with METZELER AUTOMOTIVE PROFILES as Senior Engineer in Injection Molding &Transfer Molding Rubber (EPDM).
METZELER AUTOMOTIVE PROFILES, is a joint venture of COPPER STANDARD AUTO MOTIVES, U.S.A & TOYODA MESIA, JAPAN
Products include Body Beading Systems, Fluid Handling Systems, and NVH Control Systems, like Door Seals, Bonnet Seals, Wiper, Glass Run & many others rubber parts. Metzeler supplies their sealing products to all OEM’S like TATA, M&M, MARUTI, FORD, FIAT, TOYOTA, NISSAN etc.
