TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION & TESTING: -
Co-ordinate with an external lab to Conduct periodic microbial analysis, Migration & other tests as per the requirement of customer for packaging material. Hand, Floor, Apron swabs and evaluation of factory environment for microbial contamination.
Fully conversant with present European requirements e.g. EU 10/2011, EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP) and other legislations under REACH, Oeko-Tex, USFDA, SVHC, Certificate of analysis, Declaration of compliance etc. & technical documents preparation to comply with the same.
Co-ordinate with Pest control agency to ensure that frequency of pest control is followed & maintained; also ensure that all MSDS of pest control chemicals and catch frequency of pests are maintained.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: -
Provide technical, process improvement & behavioral training to operating members to enhance their skills.
Providing training for staff in terms of quality systems, hygienic norms, product safety, internal auditing skills, hygiene & housekeeping.
