Job profile-
Sales Planning:
Participate in the preparation of Annual Sales Budget, Sales Plans and Programs for the assigned industry/region.
Monitor sales performance of assigned accounts in terms of revenue and expenses; measure against industry sales budget.
Identify additional potential projects during midyear review/assessment to achieve sales budget allocation.
Ensure that the established key performance indicators for the group are met.
Attend regular Sales Group meetings regarding sales forecast/targets, report on market situation, customer/order issues and so on.
Represent the Company in various activities (e.g., trade shows, exhibits).
Customer Management:
Be updated; acquire and document all necessary information on prospective Customers as well as any competitor movements.
Refer to Finance-Credit Risk Management Section for credit evaluation and credit granting based on management policy.
Inform the Finance-AP Section regarding any updates on customer profile and information.
Coordinate with the Product Manager (Marketing) on product presentations and/or vendor registration requirements of new customer/s.
Attend to customer inquiry and technical query.
Refer customer complaints to and coordinate with the Commercial Operations-Inside Sales unit in addressing and monitoring of resolution.
Sales Call
Conduct sales call/personal visit to existing and prospective customers.
Perform basic call procedures at the customers site and monitor operations.
Coordinate with customers on their current and future business requirements.
Implement and ensure healthy margins for the Company by executing sales activities and generating the expected sales volumes and revenues as well as optimizing operational expenditures.
Prepare planned itinerary semi-monthly and submit to the higher authorities & plan accordingly.
Prepare visit and expense report per customer visit and submit to the G. M. Marketing.

Order Management:
Review Costing Sheets and Technical and Commercial Proposal/Quotations; determine compliance with required gross profit based on management policy.
Coordinate with Commercial Operations-Inside Sales unit on pricing, delivery commitment and stock availability.
Attend bidding and final negotiations with customers, as needed.
Review Technical Checklist, Commercial Checklist, Price Break up Sheet and other sales booking documents.
Coordinate with the G. M. Marketing for authorization of release of sales booking documents and annexes.
Monitor order status with the Commercial Operations-Inside Sales unit to ensure that customer delivery commitment is met.
Refer request to cancel booking/order and/or sales return from customers to G. M. Marketing and Commercial Operations-Inside Sales unit.
Assist the Collection Executive in collecting customer receivables.

Others
Perform objective setting with immediate superior before the start of fiscal year.
Conduct performance appraisal with immediate superior on the attainment of committed objectives.
Attend planning sessions and various activities for the development of Sales Department.
Ensure the timely preparation of reports.
Ensure that all Sales-related records and files are properly managed for easy retrieval.
Answer queries regarding Sales responsibilities and interface with the different organizational units.
