Job Description

Reports to: Sr. Manager–Mould Design & Development

Job Purpose: The main purpose is to design, develop and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing of moulds in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.

Responsibility:
• Responsible for all new products & moulds from scratch to final production start up.
• Responsible for Techno commercial activities.
• Doing market serve, product cost analysis & costing for new products before mfg. & before production start-up.
• New moulds manufacturing (both in injection and blow), Inputs in new Hot Runner moulds designs, Moulds modifications and corrections from internal Tool Room & out sourcing
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
• New moulds work planning, Shop floor and Manpower Controlling
• Mould repairing follow up, Plant visit, office work.
• Technical knowledge in Moulds repairing.
• Responsible for automation, solutions and corrections for moulds problems.

Key Skills
• Knowledge ofAutocad.
• Experience in Multi Cavity Hot & cold Runner Moulds
• Problem solving, negotiations and networking skills.
• Good Experience in packaging (injection - cap, Blow -HDPE bottle) Moulds.
• Excellent in communication with the suppliers.
• PC literate with Words, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
