Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance to audit
parameters. Spearhead team efforts pertaining to QMS review, Customer complaint analysis for identification
and resolution of root causes of issues for delivering superior quality product. Render technical support, conduct trials for end users based on business and operational requirements.
