The position requires to take responsibility for developing, maintaining, growing and executing profitable business plan and create opportunities for TPV products in the southern region based upon sound market and risk analysis, consistent with organization goals.
Provide Technical Support , Development & Sales of TPV and Plastomers in the Southern region
Develop new applications for TPE / TPV
Execute strategies for improving marketing and sales for South India business
Manage sample testing at customer site and getting product approval.
Gathering market intelligence, tracking and reporting industry activity for assigned products and markets. Keeping abreast of latest market
trends and competitor moves, product life cycle analysis & competitor activities to gain the competitive edge in the market.
To identify new applications for TPE and expand in different industry with collaborative working with Head office and Suppliers such as
Hand grips, Automotive, Medical, Electrical, construction, home appliances, etc.
Managing and submitting Key reports and MIS to the management.
Excellent Technical Knowledge in Extrusions , Injection Molding & Blow molding.
International business understanding would be added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Marketing and Sales of TPV / TPE / Engineering Polymers
