Job Description

Production Planning & Implementation for Extrusion Janki getting production as per monthly production targets.
To take care of per kg manpower utilization as per approved man days provided by HR department.
To monitor daily production reports, Inventory & wastage reports.
To coordinate with various internal teams for better performance.
To solve employee grievances
To ensure safety of employees by educating them on safety parameters
To increase management's effectiveness by training, coaching, counseling and disciplining supervisors & operators.
To communicate strategies, Account-abilities and objectives to Supervisors.
To develop atmosphere for good working environment and offering information and opinions.
To maintain production systems as per ISO standards.
Ensuring quality of fabric meets Company's Internal Standards.

Required Competencies
Minimum 3 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred
Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office products, Strong computer skill
Strong organisational and communications skill
Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems
Demonstrate personal time management skill
