Job Description

Candidates with good knowledge of production and planning in fillers, compounds and masterbatches.

Preferred Education Background: B.Sc /M.Sc ( PCM /Bio Chemistry) or C.I.P.E.T certified PGD-PPT and MBA (Operations)
Working Experience: Minimum 5 years and above
Age: 30 years and above

The major responsibilities would be:
• Responsible for overall Production activity.
• Overseeing the production process
• Monitoring daily production as per production plan
• Coordination with quality control/ maintenance & planning dept.
• Drawing up a production schedule.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Proper manpower & resources handling.
• Responsible for monthly production, planning & controlling.
• Wastage Control
• Checking and ensuring quality control of In/out material and products
• Maintaining proper reports
• Effective utilization of resources
