Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate bottom sealing bag-making machines as per production requirements and specifications.
Monitor machine performance and quality of output; continuously check finished products for correct sealing, size, and overall quality.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
Coordinate with packing/quality teams for inspection and sorting.
Qualifications and Experience
10th/12th/ITI (technical preferred).
2+ years’ experience operating bottom sealing machines in flexible packaging industry.
Required Skills & Experience
Basic understanding of safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
Ability to work in shift systems and handle shop-floor pressure.
