Major responsibility is to streamline the operation and convert technical competence into competitive advantage.

From Apr 2018 to April 2019: Looking after the Operations of Polytex Industries Ltd as group CEO for the four group companies in diverse plastics sector accommodating 500 employees with a turn over of 24 million USD per annum. It is having diverse machineries from Korea, Taiwan, India , Italy in Flexible division, looms , tape line and extrusion coating from Lohia, Sterlinger and TPPL, Injection molding, blow , stretch blow lines from multiple suppliers from India , China, Taiwan and state of art recycling plant from NGR, Austria.
Achievements
Reorganized and ensured the smooth transition of the flexible division ( Polypet Industries Ltd) of the group at a new state of art set up in the Tema free zone, venturing into manufacture of flexible packaging sector. Optimized the operation of Polytex, Polyprint and Polyrecycling Ltd which are operating in woven sacks, Injection molding, blow molding and recycling sector. Implemented change management in the organization with core focus on value added product segment and corporate sector, from reactive to proactive marketing strategy, from pragmatic to professional management practices.
Strengthened the B2B segment of business with apt handling of multinational clients like, Total, Nestle, Barry Callebaut, etc with efficient CRM and effective internal audit practices..
Execute the Government segment supply chain with diligent handling from tender application to order execution and dues collection.
Modernized the existing machines with retro flitting and addition of new machineries as per requirement with affordable overseas financing options. Achievements
Started the Saini Food Products Ltd venturing into manufacture of packaged drinking water and carbonated drinks. It involved complete project analysis, process finalization, equipment ratings and selection, capital expenditure tier setting and budgeting, project selection, erection, commissioning
Explored and worked out affordable overseas financing options for the company for future expansions for SFPL from diverse sources in Canada and Europe along with Scope optimization and negotiation with machine suppliers like Husky, Krones, Sacmi.
Expanded the market presence in export market for the group in Timber products with effective supply chain management. Adopt QMS across the operations with successful ISO 9001/2015 implementation, the first company to be certified in the sector in Tz.
General Manager, BFPL, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania:
From May 2012 toJuly2014: Looking afterOPIL and BFPL ( PET Div) , in Bakhresa group of companies Tanzania as General Manager. Bakhresa group is the largest business house in Tanzania with diverse business interest in multiple avenues.OPIL is the largest flexible packaging company in Tanzania withstate of art CI flexo printing(BFM, Italy), Multilayer co-extrusion( Zocchi, Italy), pouching,(BFM,Italy and Mamata, India), Gearless all UV- narrow web flexo press (Omet, Italy) and pre-press set up(Dupont, Germany), Shrink sleeve maker (Karville, USA). OPIL has turnover of thirty five million USD and venturing into diverse flexible packaging solutions. In BFPL responsible for the only scrap to bottle PET Vacurema recycling plant in Africa from EREMA, Austria and Sorema, Italy and ensure backward supply chain of packaging material for the entire FMCG division.

Sep’11 till April 2012 : Working with Laneeb Plastics Industries Ltd, Nairobi, a fast growing company in Kenya venturing into Flexible packaging in a big way as CEO. The company has turnover of twenty one million USD and venturing into diverse flexible packaging solutions.
Launch value added products in the existing product segment and horizontal expansion of the business in other segments and markets in EAC and COMESA. . To implement the project from idea inception, project finalization, finance arrangement, project commissioning up to sales realization in value added packaging segment.

GM, Industrial Packaging Ltd, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania :
May’05 till Sep 2011: Lead the organization to come out of Red within a short span to establish profitability and productivity increase with successful change management in the organization to‘go green’ amidst severe challenges.
Expanded the product line with start up of state of art label printers to cater the value added market segment in FMCG, Pharma Industry and export to SADC and EAC.
Successfully implemented the project from idea inception, project finalization, finance arrangement, project commissioning up to sales realization within a span of one year.

Technical Management Experience
Have 10 years of technical experience in Polyester film, chips and Yarn , BOPP Film, Converting and recycling industry during which I was responsible for different technical domains like Production, product development and project implementation.
From Feb’03to April’05 with Flex Industries Ltd., Noidastarted as production team leader for BOPP film project and left as Plant In charge in BOPET film line-5.
Responsibilities and Accomplishments
Erection and commissioning of 12000 TPA BOPP film plant (Brueckner, Germany) at Noida. Achieved the rated speed, output level and quality benchmark in the plant within shortest possible span for erection and commissioning. Key role in technology up gradation to reduce downtime and efficiency.
From Aug’98 –Jan’03 in Jindal Polyester Ltd. as Superintendent Engineer in Production.
Responsibilities and Accomplishments
At Nasik in BOPET film plant / At Gulaothi –PET chips and yarn plant
Core team member representing production department to interact and implement programs with SRC, Korea to improve plant efficiency & new product development.
New product development, stabilization of specialty products up to established commercial runs.Contributed in SAPR3 and ISO-9001 implementation and various process improvement initiatives.Client side project co-coordinators for SAP R3 implementation in PP module at JPL, Nasik, India.

Joined as Graduate Engineer Trainee and last designated asProduction Officer Film Division.
Part of the team involved in erection and commissioning of 1200TPA BOPET film plant.(Barmag, Germany )
