Job profile - Currently looking after indent sales business for Nigeria market with customer base of 25 clients generating polymer sales volume close to 30 KTA and sales turnover of around USD 40 million per annum.
Negotiation, planning, implementation and control of marketing and communication plans for Nigeria.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers for repeatable business.
Follow-up and collect payments from customers on time.
Work with Logistics teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing export shipments.
Prepare sales offers, order conclusion and follow-up on new orders from the customers.
Familiar with import regulations/procedures, duty structure, incoterms in most of the Sub-Saharan African countries.
Successfully resolve customer complaints, reconciliation, and settlement of their accounts with suppliers.
Procurement -
Handle polymer raw material needs of SARA, and responsible for Africa purchases of Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, and Polyurethanes.
Liaise with various Polymer manufacturers/suppliers like Exxon Mobil, Supreme Petrochemical, LG Chemicals, OPAL, MRPL, Hanwha Solutions, Tianjin LG Bhoai, GS Caltex, Loyal China, Plasti blend, etc. from across the globe on daily basis.
Develop new vendors for my region.
